The Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania Absalom Jones Committee reaffirms Bishop Daniel Gutierrez’s request that all Diocesan members and parishes attend our annual diocesan celebration of Blessed Absalom Jones, the first African American priest in the Episcopal Church. We will have a virtual celebration of his life and legacy on February 13th, at 10:00am.  We are also offering a dial-in option for this service.  The required registration link is below for both the virtual and dial-in option.  Bishop Daniel has also asked our congregations to celebrate Blessed Absalom in their respective liturgical settings on February 14th, 2021.
