For the fourth day of Advent, I offer up a wonderful "leadership" blog called "Slow Leadership" in which a variety of writers offer reflection, practical advice, and a wide variety of information that is relevant for anyone who exercises leadership in any context. This blog offers "slow" leadership as a corrective to an overly "macho" and ego driven leadership style that can tend to dominate in some organizations.
